Sustainability is a shared responsibility, and at EGI, we are consistently taking steps to enhance our carbon footprint. Presently, all our products are stored and manufactured at the same site, significantly lowering transportation-related carbon costs. Our products are manufactured using only waste materials, encouraging a circular economy. EGI is committed to ongoing adaptations for a more sustainable business model, all while delivering products that contribute to your sustainability goals.
Customer Service
The service we offer our customers is as important to us as our products. This means ensuring as a business we offer you everything you need to be successful when shipping fragile/liquid products.
One of the key examples highlighting our customer ‘first’ service is that ‘we will only recommend our packaging if we feel it is the best solution for your product.’
We also operate a bespoke service, so if our current range is not suitable for your product, we will work alongside you to develop a bespoke solution and, where applicable, gain approval for your packaging within the courier networks or Amazon.
The EGI team is readily available to assist customers at any stage, offering guidance on packaging solutions, box branding, and more. We are dedicated to providing prompt support, ensuring that all orders and queries receive a response within 24 hours.
Boxes & Tape
Boxes play a pivotal role in our protective solutions, serving as a foundational and versatile element in packaging. They offer comprehensive protection, structural support and serve as a canvas for brand representation.
